Join Community Services Group (CSG), a Certified B Corporation, as a Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for our Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and site-based traditional Outpatient (OP) Therapy Teams in Lancaster, PA and find meaning in your work every day.

As a Mental Health Professional, you are responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals and their families in a variety of settings. You will also:

  • Provide treatment services to adults in an outpatient setting.
  • Provide individual, family and/or group counseling services to adolescents, children, and families.
  • Participate actively in all relevant team, supervision, and general staff meetings, to enhance the services of Community Services Group.

This position offers:

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday office hours including 2 evenings per week.

  • Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field.
    Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or license eligible applicants accepted. License preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in Clinical settings preferred.
  • Previous experience in DBT is a plus but not required.
  • Able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
  • Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, and meetings.
  • Have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
