Community Services Group (CSG), one of the largest Human Services Providers in PA, is recruiting for a Client Services Team Leader in Williamsport, PA.  We are looking for a person who is an outgoing, organized, team player with outstanding leadership skills to join our team of dedicated professionals and enjoy a rewarding career helping to improve the lives of others!   

The Client Services Team Leader will manage the operational direction of the assigned client services team.  The position requires utilizing knowledge of the managed care and payment systems available to potential and existing clients, as well as the network of services available to them.  The Client Services Team Leader will facilitate the timely access to services. This role requires the ability to develop a strong partnership with internal and external customers and leadership to deliver excellent service and value utilizing business operations defining objectives. 

This is a Full-Time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, that offers a complete medical insurance and benefits package for those who qualify.  

To be successful in this position you must have strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask while providing supervision and guidance to client services staff.  The ability to create a team oriented and supportive work environment is required to help our staff enjoy and grow their careers with CSG!      

The Client Services Team Leader will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Promote excellence by providing extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Manage the flow of day to day operations, including scheduling and being a back up to the team when needed
  • Be a skilled user of CSG's electronic health record and use that knowledge to problem solve and address issues and concerns  
  • Have an understanding of the desired outcomes of the team and develop a strategy to achieve those outcomes
  • Communicate and interface with leadership and program partners to ensure smooth coordination of the operation.
  • Assist in the interviewing, hiring, training, development, disciplining and terminating of the team members
  • Participate and support the Continuous Rapid Improvement process to address and resolve issues impacting quality of staff, systems and environment
  • Participate in performance management and align the process with defining objectives
  • Engage team members to work collaboratively within the process to accomplish the delivery of quality service
  • Utilize technology and analytics to measure effectiveness and give feedback to customers, leadership and program partners on the team's progress
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of CSG programs and processes.
  • Be responsible for maintaining established practices and promoting consistency throughout the organization. 

To be considered you must have the following qualifications: 

Must have one of the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field along with 2 years' experience working in a medical practice and additional experience with behavioral health preferred OR
  • Associate Degree with 3 years of experience and additional experience with behavioral health preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   

Must have all of the following: 

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings and meetings.
  • Must have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
