Community Services Group, Inc.
  • York, PA, USA
  • Full-Time

Community Services Group (CSG) is recruiting for a Clinical Coordinator for our Adult Mental Health (MH) Services in York County.  We are looking for a caring, motivated self-starter to join our team of dedicated professionals and enjoy a rewarding career helping to grow and enhance the lives of others at one of the largest Human Services Providers in PA.

This position will provide oversight of the clinical aspects of CSG's Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) Program in Spring Grove and Enhanced Community Residential Rehabilitation (ECRR) Program in York.  It will also supervise the nurses and nursing aspects at both programs.

At CSG, a Clinical Coordinator develops and implements in-house programming for individuals in mental illness services.  It provides guidance and supervision to the staff in the development of overall service plans. This position works closely with the program director to ensure individuals receive quality programming and achieve their highest potential.

This is a full-time (40 hr/wk) position with Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 4 PM hours.  One weekend per month will be required.  To be considered you must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the individuals and program outside of the regular hours.  Must be able to perform on-call duties as needed.

It offers a complete Medical Insurance and Benefits Package for those who qualify!

About the Programs:

  • The LTSR is a highly structured therapeutic mental health residential treatment facility designed to serve persons 18 years of age or older who are eligible for hospitalization but who can receive adequate care in an LTSR. At the LTSR, there is not an expectation that residents will necessarily move to another setting.
  • The ECRR is a 4 bed facility that provides adults with mental illness the opportunity to improve their daily living skills and become more integrated into the community.  The ECRR offers transitional housing with staff on site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  Individuals learn to live more independently while in the ECRR. Staff are trained in assisting individuals to re-adjust to life as independent members of the community.  Staff will partner with a Nurse and Psychiatrist to support individuals in their recovery journey.  The goal of the CRR Program is to maximize the potential of each individual and enhance the individual's ability to cope with the environment, both in a residential setting and in the community at large.

To be successful in this position you must have strong leadership and communication skills; the ability to multitask while providing supervision and guidance to staff; and the ability to provide direct care as needed.  The ability to create a team oriented and supportive work environment is required to help our staff enjoy and grow their careers with CSG!
