Community Services Group (CSG) is recruiting for Client Services Professionals for our Lancaster, PA Office.

At CSG, a Client Services Professional is vital to CSG's business success. They serve as the first point of contact for all individuals receiving services.  Day to day tasks include checking in clients, accepting payments & scheduling appointments as needed.  They provide value by demonstrating welcoming and professional behavior in all interactions with individuals in services, CSG staff, and the public.

These are Flexible (PRN) positions, filling in hours as needed.  Day & Evening - Monday to Friday Hours.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Protects clients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Optimizes client and visitor satisfaction. 
  • Manages the waiting and reception areas by ensuring order and cleanliness and performing opening and closing duties.
  • Maintains client electronic health records.
  • Collect payment at time of service.
  • Provide support to CSG Programs.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

To be considered you must have the following qualifications:

Must have one of the following:

  • Associate's Degree; OR
  • 2 years of advanced training and 1 year of experience in an office environment; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have all of the following:

  • Experience in healthcare or customer service relationship position preferred.
  • Must have computer skills to utilize electronic health records and other CSG computer systems.
  • Must have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulation or policy.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules to accommodate needs of programs.
